    We offer a range of physical exams for individuals, students, and athletes.

    • Complete history and physical exam

    • Routine vitals, vision screen, and BMI

    • Basic in-office urinalysis

    • Standard lab order (CBC, CMP, Lipids, A1C, TSH, etc.)

    • Preventive care guidance

    • Summary report for the patient

  • $495

    Includes everything in Basic, plus:

    • Detailed cardiac risk screening (EKG, optional ABI)

    • Extended labs (PSA, Vitamin D, CRP, testosterone, etc.)

    • Depression/anxiety screen (PHQ/GAD)

    • Body composition / metabolic evaluation

    • Written medical summary with recommendations

    • Option to include DEXA, carotid US, etc. at additional cost

    • EKG (Electrocardiogram) – $75

    • Spirometry – $149

    • Pulmonary Function Test - $199
